Container or mobile benches
The mobile benches, also called containers, are tailor-made to match the production greenhouse surface.
BANCHES
The bench is sliding and transportable using the system of 8 bearings, it allows the entry of operators between the rows. The box is made of our exclusive aluminum frame.
TOP
The tabletop is made of special Peraluman type IDROLAU alloy, profiled for ebb/flow irrigation. All together is hermetically welded in our company in Italy.
MODULS
The system includes the installation of modular structures in galvanized steel: the modules have the function of supporting and sliding the containers. The whole system is fixed to related concrete stripes using steel dowels.
Mesh shelf or plastic shelf available.
Classic pull-out benches with continuous tube supports available.
CONTAINERS SYSTEM CONSIST OF:
- Idrolau shelf
- 2 ALU profiles for sides
- 1 ALU profile per head
- 1 ALU profile for head with direct drain
- 2 ALU profiles supporting sliding group
- ALU profiles for cross connecting
- 8 (12) sliding bearing groups
EVERY CONTAINER IS EQUIPPED WITH:
- 4 (6) galvanized stands with bushing
- 2 (3) ∅50 sliding modules with bars
